Our Story

A small town outside of New Orleans is where Philip, the founder and designer of the BakUp USA brand. He kept the business local and did all designing and manufacturing out of one manufacturing facility. After over 20 years in business, he retired and turned over the BakUp brand. Kailen and his partner took over the brand and are using all the same materials and equipment to maintain the quality that the BakUp brand customers know and love. Even as models change and new bikes come out, the original founder and designer will continue to design with us to ensure the seamless design and comfort of the backrest continues.

Return and Refund Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund. Please read our return policy to ensure the item is returnable.

You can return any new, unused and unaltered item within 30 days of receipt of your item.
Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included.
Once your return is received and inspected by BakupUSAofficial.com, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Please note: Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10

business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your

account.

The refund takes 3-5 days to process.
Shipping fees, processing fees, or brokerage fees are non-refundable.
There is a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.
